ORDER

You can purchase with a non-member or registered account.
If you are a registered member, you can access your account, save the information you need when placing an order, make purchases conveniently, and receive benefits such as points and coupons.
If you ordered as a non-member, you can search the order by entering the order number and order inquiry password.



PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

SHIPPING

  • Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
    Worldwide delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, and delivery may be delayed depending on delivery location and availability.
    We are using DHL as our shipping company.
    You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.



    SHIPPING FEE
    Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package.
    We do free shipping over $350
    (But custom tax will be charged by customer. More detail is in Tax board as below)



    TAX
    We are not sure about the Taxes because It depends on the Country.
    To make sure, Please, contact with the customs in your country.

    If you reject the package, we can refund the items except the shipping fee.
     Shipping fee = first shipping fee + return shipping fee

    Please pay the tax within two weeks of the arrival of the goods at the DHL center.
    If the payment is not made within two weeks, we define it as a reject item.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return are available within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.
Please make sure to contact with RECTO CS team first (cs@recto.co) before sending the package or request return in our website.
We do not have a responsibility of Loss if there is any package without notice.

RETURNS POLICY
Returned items must be eligible for return, and will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

In terms of 'FREE SHIPPING', the customer is in charge of round-trip shipping fee when do return.
(shipping fee from your country to Korea) + (shipping fee from Korea to your country)



RETURNS

REFUND REQUEST
Customer
1. Log into your account and click " My Account ".
2. Find the “order history” and next find your “order number” you would like to return and click on “cancel request.”
3. Click the item you would like to return, click the reason for the return, and fill in the return quantity.
4. Click "SUBMIT"
5. Send your item and let us know your delivery number so we can track parcel.

Guest Orders:
1. If you'd like to make a return but did not have an account.
2. Enter your order number, name and password.
3. Click "Return" and follow the steps to complete your request.
4. Send your item and let us know your delivery number so we can track parcel.

Late Returns
Items you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. Returns outside of this limit will only be accepted at our discretion.

Exchanges
RECTO does not accept exchanges. Customers must follow the return process (stated above) for any unwanted products, and will need to place a new order for their desired product.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
If there was a mistake on the part of RECTO, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged when received, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges, and you may return it for a refund.

Cancellation
You cannot cancel any items that are already at the “Shipped by the Brand” status. If your order has already shipped and cannot be modified, you may follow our return policy.



REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
